Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program Communicate the work objectives, coordinate delivery, manage risks, ensure compliance to standards, and provide end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables Ensure execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost Facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery Requirements: 5+ years of experience General background and understanding of project management and project documentation Experience of working on large/complex projects which involve multiple applications development Ability to navigate through technical discussions, influence discussions, and gain consensus on topics such as design, timing, and scope Ability to understand the Technical Design/Architecture of the project Proficient with APIs structure and ability to connect the dots between different systems involved in the flow Knowledge of working on project's Risk & Governance documentation Fully conversant with Agile Lean Software Delivery Life Cycle and/or iterative development life cycles Ability to work in an high paced work environment Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities Organized and detail oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams Strong interpersonal skills and ability Desired skills: Prior experience in the banking industry, specifically in the Online Banking space Prior experience working as part of a Lean-Agile team Pay range: $52.10 - $60.10 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
