Job Title: CNC Lathe Setup & Operator Location: Camarillo, CA 93012 Duration: Direct Hire Shift: M-F 6:00am-2:30pm Pay Rate: $26/hr. - $39/hr. on w2 with full benefits (depending on experience) Summary We are looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Operator with setup experience. MAZAK control and Y-axis machining experience is a plus. Role & Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC lathes and conventional machines to produce high-quality parts. Read blueprints and follow established machining processes. Adjust tools, feeds, and speeds to meet specifications. Inspect parts using precision instruments and ensure tolerances are met. Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean. Participate in lean initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of machining/CNC lathe experience. Ability to independently set up machines and run production jobs. Strong blueprint reading and basic machine shop math skills. Team-oriented, detail-focused, and safety-conscious. MAZAK and Y-axis machining experience preferred.
