Are you the kind of person who gets way too excited about a clean dataset... or the potential chaos hiding inside a messy one? Do you want to take your AI/ML skills out of the classroom and put them to work in a real business where your models actually see daylight?

If so, you're in the right place.

We're looking for an AI & Data Science Analyst who's ready to roll up their sleeves and help us build the analytics and machine learning capabilities that will drive smarter decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain. You'll work side-by-side with experienced data scientists and business partners, gaining hands-on experience developing models, shaping datasets, building dashboards, and supporting our company's AI enablement journey.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate who wants to learn fast, contribute immediately, and see the real-world impact of applied AI.

What You'll Do

  • Build, test, and maintain analytical assets - datasets, models, dashboards - that support AI/ML use cases across the business.
  • Prepare and clean data from multiple sources (sales, marketing, customer, financial) for analysis or modeling.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and evaluating foundational ML models (regression, classification, clustering) using Python.
  • Document model inputs, assumptions, and performance to ensure clarity and reproducibility.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations (Power BI preferred) that make insights easy to understand and even easier to act on.
  • Work with senior analysts to translate model results into straightforward business recommendations.
  • Contribute to data quality, standardization, and consistent logic across the organization.
  • Help test AI/ML solutions within Azure or Databricks under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Support "AI literacy" efforts by breaking down technical concepts into plain English for non-technical teams.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Internship, co-op, research, or project experience involving AI/ML or data analytics (preferred).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks, AWS, GCP) or modern data tools through coursework or projects is a plus.

Skills & Strengths

  • Working proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)
  • Basic-intermediate SQL skills
  • Familiarity with core ML algorithms and experience training simple models
  • Comfort with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Exposure to Azure or Databricks is a plus - curiosity and willingness to learn are essential
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences without making anyone cry
  • A collaborative, curious, problem-solving approach
  • A self-starter mentality - you like to figure things out, try things, and improve as you go

Why Join Us?

  • You'll learn from experienced data scientists and business analysts.
  • You'll work on meaningful, high-visibility projects across multiple business units.
  • You'll see exactly how AI moves from prototype to actual business impact.
  • You'll have room to grow - technically and professionally - in an environment that values learning and experimentation.

If you're ready to jump into a role where your skills matter and your curiosity is an asset, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and help us shape how AI drives the future of our business.
