Program Manager, Principal, Behavioral Health Audits & Accreditation

Your Role

The Behavioral Health Operations Oversight team maintains program integrity and ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The Program Manager, Principal, Behavioral Health Audits & Accreditation will report to the Senior Manager, Behavioral Health Audits & Accreditation. In this role you will support Blue Shield's Behavioral Health program through audit and accreditation readiness efforts to meet federal and state requirements.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Requires at least 10 years of prior relevant experience in healthcare

• Experience with behavioral health regulatory and/or accreditation requirements in a managed care setting is highly desirable

• Requires critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Requires effective written and oral communications, including ability to synthesize information from a variety of sources and present it to all levels

• Strong computer skills and demonstrated proficiency with MS Office products (including Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
