The Factory Controller serves as the financial steward for the White Factory, ensuring accurate financial reporting, deep performance insights, and strong operational partnership. You will collaborate with global manufacturing sites while shaping the financial strategy that drives continuous improvement and sustainable growth for this site. Salary will be based on experience level as a plant controller. Must have at least 8-10 years of experience to be considered for this role.


What You'll Do
Financial Management & Analysis


  • Lead core factory controlling activities to maintain strong financial oversight and accuracy.



  • Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data tied to plant operations and performance.



  • Support monthly IC revenue, contribution margin, and EBIT forecasting cycles.



  • Lead annual budgeting activities and build strategic business cases for capital and operational investments.




Analytical Insight & Decision Support


  • Proactively identify financial risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.



  • Develop financial models and analytical tools to drive data-backed decision making.



  • Align financial insights with broader business strategies and operational objectives.




Collaboration & Communication


  • Serve as a trusted partner to factory leadership, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams.



  • Present financial insights, recommendations, and KPI results to senior stakeholders.



  • Lead monthly financial review meetings to ensure transparent and accurate forecasting.




Reporting, Controls & Compliance


  • Prepare reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership.



  • Ensure ongoing compliance with corporate finance policies, J-SOX standards, and internal controls.



  • Document, streamline, and enforce finance processes aligned with global best practices.




Continuous Improvement & Transformation


  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects.



  • Support automation, digital transformation, and process optimization efforts in partnership with the D&A and Transformation Office.



  • Champion change adoption across finance and factory teams.




What You Bring


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.



  • 8+ years of proven experience as a financial business partner within a manufacturing environment.



  • Strong skills in financial systems, modeling, and analytical tools.



  • Excellent communication abilities with a talent for translating data into actionable insights.



  • Highly organized, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.



  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and integrity in all financial matters.



  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and professional growth.
