Assist in preparing quarterly SEC filings (10-Q / 10-K) and reviewing associated earnings call materials Gather necessary data from various business unit accountants and review for accuracy Assist with tie out procedures of completed disclosures Aid in preparing the quarterly disclosure checklist Performing quality control checks on the documents Aid the team with month-end close process Gather data and prepare journal entries Who you are... Currently pursuing a degree in Finance/Accounting, Business, or a related field Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe What's in it for you...
