Summary
This position will play a critical role in optimizing the operational and financial performance of our manufacturing and supply chain business. You will work closely with both executive leadership and operators to find opportunities, develop, and implement critical initiatives and drive transformation.
Responsibilities
- Insights and Analytics: Provide insights and analysis support to leaders to help them make critical decisions and identify areas of opportunity
- Business Process Transformation: Identify and streamline operational processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Productivity Optimization: Identify and analyze cost-saving and productivity opportunities, perform data analysis to predict return on investment and lead initiatives to realize improvements
- Performance Metric Tracking: Establish key performance indicators and measurement systems to track progress and efficacy of projects and continued operations
- Program Leadership: Collaborate with executive teams and operational leaders to develop, resource and complete operational improvement projects. Implement effective organizational change to ensure any progress and impact is sustainable
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, or related field with 10+ years of experience preferred or associate's degree with 10 years experience required
- 10+ years as a business operations leader, transformation, or private equity operations leader with a record of delivering valuable insights and business process improvements in a supply chain or manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of experience program management and financial analysis
- Highly analytical/technical - naturally curious and logical, able to get to the root cause quickly
- Technically competent with data and analytics and knowledge of relevant tools and methods for operational improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
- Commercial minded - understands and can quickly connect how lower-level metrics and processes connect to core business critical metrics
- Strong bias to action - hard working and can roll up sleeves to do whatever is necessary to implement (and push others where needed)
- Agile - can speak and relate to each business function. Can quickly come up to speed and understand IT, HR, Plant Ops, Sales, and in other areas
- Must be willing to travel 75% of the time

Compensation Range:$194,000.00-$290,000.00, plus bonus.
