Description Designs, produces and analyzes customer operations data. Creates and maintains reports for business operations and special projects as it pertains to operational processes. Utilizes knowledge of numerous applications, databases, information systems, statistical tools and analytical principles to monitor and analyze information in support of the business. Assists in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of information systems. Required: 3-5 years of related experience is required in one of the following areas: Operations, IT or Reporting. Candidates will be expected to have SQL, Excel, Access, data warehouse, project coordination and Microsoft Office experience. One year of Salesforce CRM business administrator level experience is highly preferred but not required. Need superb written/verbal communication skills. This person will be owning broker/client processes and resolving issues in addition to the BA responsibilities. Possibility to extend/convert to FTE Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Glen Allen, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
