Job Title: Enterprise Applications Engineer

Location(s): Atlanta, GA

Job Description:
The Enterprise Applications Engineer will be responsible for proactive monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications. The role ensures system stability, delivers timely technical support, and partners with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, optimize performance, and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proactive Application Monitoring: Continuously monitor application health and performance; recommend preventive measures to reduce or eliminate production impacts.
  2. Issue Analysis & Resolution: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues based on shifting priorities, timelines, and available resources; ensure clear documentation of all resolutions.
  3. Customer Service & Delivery Excellence: Complete tasks accurately and on time while providing exceptional service to internal stakeholders and application users.
  4. Environment Management: Perform application environment maintenance activities, including patching, upgrades, environment refreshes, and routine monitoring.
  5. Escalation & Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.
Preferred Skills & Experience

Candidates with experience in the following areas will be strongly preferred:

  1. Azure - administration, monitoring, and application support within Azure environments.
  2. Power Platform - PowerApps, Power Automate, integrations, troubleshooting.
  3. Salesforce - user support, configurations, issue resolution.
  4. WordPress - updates, content management, troubleshooting.
  5. SharePoint - creation and updates of sites, resolving access/permission issues, content management.
Work Conditions:
  • Onsite Commitment: Required; Flex onsite 2-3 days per week minimum.
