"I can succeed as a Data Product Manager at Capital Group" Role summary: The Data Product Manager works closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to manage and enhance trade data processing platform, ensuring availability of accurate, reliable, and well-governed data. This role is pivotal in driving the modernization of our data infrastructure and contributing to the success of our growing data processing needs. You will partner closely with Business to gain understanding of compensation framework and requirements and work closely with Engineering to enable the implementation of these. A key focus in the near term will be supporting the Product and Technology team's re-platforming initiative, which is building on the foundation to enable nimble enhancements and automation. You will challenge the team to think bigger and bolder about opportunities to leverage data in new ways, while also delivering the current needs of our business and users. Primary responsibilities:

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
