Work Schedule: This is a part-time, 60% FTE daytime position. Hours are 9:30 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Thursday and 10:30 am to 2:30 pm on Fridays. We are seeking a Valet Driver to: Provide remarkable customer service as a first and last impression of UW Health. Initiate the parking transaction by approaching the vehicle, greeting patients/visitors, and explaining services. Pick up patients/visitors at their vehicle and transport them in one of our UW Health golf carts. Manage and record valet parking transactions. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Required Work Experience 1 year of customer service experience Preferred 1 year of driving and parking vehicles experience Preferred Licenses & Certifications Valid Wisconsin driver's license Required Must be 18 years of age to drive golf carts. Must be 21 years of age to drive a patient/family vehicle. Ability to be insured by UW Health's Risk Management insurer, which requires: (1) A valid Wisconsin driver's license and (2) Successfully passing a driver's background check and (3) Two years of driving experience.
