Front End Developer- Wordpress

This is a F/T Salaried Consultant role embedded with our client's team.

Front-End Developer - WordPress

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer to join our team and create exceptional

user experiences within our enterprise WordPress environment. You'll transform

designs into polished, interactive web experiences while working on our large-scale

corporate website platform.

A creative problem-solver who asks; What if...; and enjoys pushing technical

boundaries. You should be comfortable managing your own workload in a fast-paced

environment and have a proven track record of delivering quality code on schedule.

What You'll Do

* Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and

components within our WordPress VIP environment

* Implement new tools and integrations and work with cross-functional

stakeholders for trusted and secure deployment

* Lead site migration projects and implement UX enhancements

* Build responsive, accessible UI components using modern front-end

technologies

* Conduct quality assurance testing and optimize performance across browsers

and devices

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, content creators,

and stakeholders

* Coordinate taxonomy updates and support global localization efforts

* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions for our publishing workflow

* Contribute to technical documentation and development standards

Required Qualifications

* 5+ years of professional WordPress VIP development, including

theme customization and plugin integration

* Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript

* Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

* Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub)

* Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques

* Can coordinate and PM our UX/UI development efforts

* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
