New Providence, New Jersey, USA Clariant is currently looking for a Senior Formulation Manager, North America, to support the Lucas Meyer division of the Care Chemicals business unit based in New Providence, NJ. The Senior Formulation Manager is responsible for leading the formulation and application strategy across the region, ensuring alignment with global priorities while addressing local market needs. This role acts as the technical interface with the France-based Center of Expertise, develops innovative regional formulations, and provides high-quality technical support to customers, distributors, and sales teams. A strong background at the bench is essential, as this role involves providing technical support to customers, delivering hands-on demonstrations and training sessions, and guiding the team through practical formulation activities. The position also manages laboratory operations, resources, and budgets, and drives projects to successful completion while promoting collaboration, continuous improvement, and team development.
