As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic retail location, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence and exceptional customer service will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and tenants. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to resolve issues as they arise within the retail or mall environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or property damage encountered during patrols.
• Support access control by monitoring entrances and exits, and assisting with visitor management as required.
• Communicate clearly with Allied Universal team members and site management regarding incidents, concerns, and daily activities.
• Assist with emergency response activities and follow established protocols for incidents occurring at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
