Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional, where you will help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment at a dynamic transportation location. This is a driving post, so you will primarily be responsible for conducting routine patrols and remaining visible throughout the area. You will also provide excellent customer service, communicate clearly, and contribute to a caring, team-oriented culture driven by integrity and innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the transportation location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter breaches and support a secure environment for staff, visitors, and travelers.
• Communicate clearly with team members and site representatives to report on incidents, concerns, and/or unusual activity.
• Document observations and actions taken during patrols and incident responses according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Remain alert and attentive throughout the shift to support a secure atmosphere for all individuals at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and first aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
