Security Officer - Entry Level Screener

As a Security Officer - Entry Screener in Bushnell, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Screener with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas at the location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
