As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a welcoming environment for all visitors. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You will interact with guests, provide exceptional customer service, and be a visible presence, all while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and reliability.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations within the retail location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail store and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents occurring within the location.
• Assist customers, visitors, and employees with security-related inquiries and provide directions as needed.
• Work closely with store management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related matters and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Complete required reports and documentation for incidents, observations, and daily activities.
• Remain alert and attentive to the surroundings at all times while on patrol.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
