As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a commercial real estate environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism throughout all interactions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the office property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe for any unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Document and report all observations, incidents, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Communicate with property management, tenants, and/or visitors as needed to support a secure and welcoming environment.
• Remain alert to surroundings while on patrol and/or during assigned duties, adapting to changing working conditions as required by the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
