The Treasury Analyst plays a key role in managing corporate liquidity, mitigating financial risk, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and reporting requirements. This position serves as a subject matter expert in treasury operations, banking relationships, accounting systems, and foreign currency management. The Treasury Analyst partners closely with Accounting, Finance, and Business Transformation teams to support strategic initiatives, process improvements, and special projects impacting the company's global financial health. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $X-$Y at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is what you will do in this role:

Core Responsibilities

  • Administer the Corporate Spend Program, including P-Card and T&E card programs.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in cash forecasting, budgeting, and cash pacing at monthly and quarterly intervals.
  • Lead collection efforts to meet cash collection commitments and provide ongoing updates to Project Controlling and AR teams.
  • Perform account and bank reconciliations and prepare FX and treasury journal entries as part of month-end close.
  • Monitor and mitigate foreign currency exposure.
  • Submit hedge requests to KION Group and perform monthly and quarterly FX pacing to assess P&L impact.
  • Maintain and strengthen banking and treasury internal controls.

Subject Matter Expertise

  • Serve as a trusted SME across the following areas:
    • Banking relationships
    • Cash Management, audit, and reporting requests
    • Accounting systems (SAP, Blackline, Reval)
    • Corporate Spend Program administration and compliance

Special Projects

Support and lead key accounting and transformation projects as requested/needed.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or accounting.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, cash management, and FX processes.
  • Experience with SAP, Blackline, Reval, or similar financial systems preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
