We Make Life More Rewarding and Dignified Location: Nashville Summary: The Facilities Maintenance Technician I is an entry-level position responsible for assisting with the inspection, repair, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems at the Nashville Distribution Center. This role requires a basic understanding of maintenance procedures, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively to support a safe, functional, and efficient facility environment. Responsibilities: * Perform Routine Maintenance: Carry out basic tasks such as replacing light bulbs, changing HVAC filters, and completing preventative maintenance checks to keep equipment running smoothly. Essential Functions of the Role: * Walking Work Experience Requirements: * Number of Overall Years Necessary: 0-2 Education Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge: * Basic knowledge of the following: plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
