Louisville, Kentucky, USA Clariant is currently looking for a Lab Maintenance Apprentice to support the Catalyst division at our production facility in Louisville, KY. The Lab Maintenance Apprentice will support the R&D team by assisting skilled Maintenance, Electrical/Instrumentation Technicians, and Engineers in building, maintaining, repairing, and installing R&D testing units and laboratory equipment. Day-to-day guidance will be provided by Maintenance or Electrician staff, exposing the apprentice to all aspects of the work-including reading and understanding P&IDs, electrical diagrams, and process control narratives; learning how equipment is built and maintained; and supporting a wide range of hands-on mechanical and technical tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, eager to learn, and open to taking on diverse responsibilities. In order to be considered for this role, candidates must be actively enrolled in technically relevant courses at an accredited institution.
