Senior Director, Global Workplace Strategy, OP, Design & Experience - JLL

What this job involves: As a Senior Director, Global Workplace Strategy, OP, Design & Experience, you'll serve as a key member of client-facing teams, developing and implementing comprehensive workplace strategies that transform how organizations operate within their built environments. This role uniquely combines strategic consulting expertise across multiple enterprise clients with dedicated operational delivery leadership for large-scale engagements, including serving as the primary delivery leader for complex, multi-year contracts such as our Wells Fargo workplace transformation initiative. You'll act as both a trusted strategic advisor and hands-on operational leader, staying at the forefront of industry trends while managing day-to-day service execution within established SOW requirements. This position requires expertise in managing global dedicated service delivery teams while maintaining the strategic consulting capabilities to drive business development across JLL's enterprise client base. What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Lead workplace strategy development and implementation for enterprise clients, contributing to best practice approaches, tools, and deliverables
  • Provide dedicated operational leadership for large-scale client engagements, managing day-to-day service execution across workplace strategy, design management, and experience services
  • Oversee multidisciplinary teams of 45+ professionals globally ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Manage space data integrity across enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, SAP, and CAFM systems
  • Execute change management programs for major workplace transformation initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and adoption metrics tracking
  • Facilitate client workshops and presentations, articulating workplace concepts and strategies to executive stakeholders
  • Oversee complex service streams including space data management, reservation system administration, internal rent allocation, and workplace analytics

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 10-12+ years of experience in workplace strategy, consulting, corporate real estate, facilities management, project management, human resources, organizational development, or change management
  • Minimum 3-5 years leading workplace transformation programs for enterprise clients with contract values of $2-3M+
  • Working knowledge of enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, SAP, and Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills with proven ability to present to executive-level audiences
  • Hands-on experience with dedicated staffing models, fee-at-risk arrangements, and performance-based contracts
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret research data and synthesize findings into meaningful, actionable workplace strategies
  • Proven track record managing both offshore and domestic team members simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA, advanced degree, or relevant professional certifications (CoreNet Global, IFMA, WELL AP, LEED AP, PMP)
  • Financial services or banking industry experience, particularly with complex regulatory environments
  • Workplace program implementation experience in corporate settings, working alongside cross-functional teams including real estate, facilities, IT, HR, and Finance
  • Experience with change management methodologies and organizational development principles
  • Background in space planning, interior design, or architecture with understanding of design standards and fit-out processes
  • International workplace strategy experience or familiarity with global workplace standards
  • Active participation in industry organizations such as CoreNet Global, IFMA, or similar professional associations

Estimated compensation for this position:

200,000.00 - 250,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
