This role serves as the primary legal contact for Supply Chain and IT, while also supporting commercial teams. The Corporate Counsel partners with internal stakeholders-including Supply Chain, IT, Sales, Engineering, and Executive Leadership-to deliver practical legal advice, manage contract workflows, and drive process improvements within the Legal department. Accountabilities & Responsibilities: * Provide in-house legal counsel on a wide range of commercial and operational matters. * Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including supply, purchase, distribution, development, consulting, licensing, real estate leases, IT contracts (SaaS, hardware, services), and quality agreements related to medical device production. * Advise on non-disclosure agreements, amendments, and non-standard agreements. * Analyze and interpret existing company agreements to provide advice and guidance. * Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. * Support due diligence and integration initiatives for M&A activities. * Collaborate with internal clients, customers, vendors, and outside counsel as necessary. * Manage contract workflows and oversee tracking systems. * Serve as key resource for departmental and cross-functional efforts to improve enterprise contract management capabilities, including through collaboration with IT and other departments to optimize contract-related technologies. * Identify opportunities to improve legal operations, including through enhanced use of contract forms, templates and playbooks and automation of select processes. * Ensure signed contracts are properly stored and communicated to relevant stakeholders. * Adhere to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements Education & Experience:
Knowledge & Skills: Specialized Skills: * Strong background in contract drafting and negotiation. * Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with management, internal clients, customers and others. * Strong attention to detail. * Sound judgment, critical thinking and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams. * Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage high volume of contracts and multiple projects at once with handle changing priorities, follow through and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Highly responsive, proactive, solutions-oriented approach. Specialized Knowledge: * Experience in manufacturing a plus * Experience in FDA or other regulated industry a plus * Experience with a commercial Contract Management System a plus Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer's success.
