As a Security Officer - Hospital Unarmed Patrol Driver in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your visible presence supports a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling both on foot and by vehicle. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within the healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare environments.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment for all occupants.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site procedures.
• Assist with emergency response activities as directed, including supporting evacuation or lockdown procedures when appropriate.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with clients, staff, and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of vaccination is required for hospital assignments.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
