If you love recruiting like we do, come help us raise the talent bar together!

What You'll Do

  • Support full-cycle hiring across a wide range of technical and non-technical roles as well as a wide span of levels, including Early Career and Manager.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to translate business goals into smart, scalable sourcing strategies that meet immediate needs as well as building long-term talent pipelines.

  • Drive a consistent, data-informed hiring process that helps teams identify the best candidate and inform decisions through market insights.

  • Deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience-building relationships, understanding each person beyond their resume, and offering a transparent view into our culture and teams.

  • Proactively source and nurture diverse talent pipelines through networking, outreach, marketing, and long-term relationship building.

  • Evaluate candidates holistically, assessing technical/functional skills and behavioral competencies, and presenting high-quality finalists to hiring managers.

  • Guide and coach hiring teams on how to reduce bias, increase inclusion, and stay accountable to building diverse teams.

  • Facilitate thoughtful, balanced debriefs where all interviewers' perspectives are heard and the team aligns on the strongest candidate.

  • Craft, deliver, and negotiate competitive offers, backed by market data and internal alignment.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with broader People team colleagues on initiatives and project work.

What You'll Need

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of agency or corporate recruiting experience with technical and non-technical roles (specifically software engineering).

  • You are detail-oriented, and have strong organizational and prioritization skills.

  • You are a team player with a natural curiosity to learn and contribute ideas, opinions, and observations to the hiring process and the Talent Acquisition team.

  • Positive attitude with a collaborative approach, and enjoy a fast paced environment.
