As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a major food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. You will conduct routine patrols, assist with access control, and deliver outstanding customer service, all while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first in a dynamic and people-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns within a food and beverage production environment.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related issues to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership.
• Monitor access points to help control entry and exit of personnel and vehicles, following established protocols for a food and beverage location.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and security-related observations as required by Allied Universal and client site policies.
• Support a positive environment for employees and visitors by providing helpful assistance and information as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
