As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading retail location, you will be responsible for conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service. This is a primarily driving post, where you will play a key role in supporting a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting in maintaining order within the retail location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter theft, unauthorized access, and/or other security-related concerns.
• Document observations, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Collaborate with store management and staff to address security-related concerns and provide assistance as needed within the retail setting.
• Remain visible and approachable to provide a welcoming presence while helping to deter disruptive behavior.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
