Overview

In our pursuit of excellence, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and career driven Server who will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, an immaculate presentation, a friendly attitude to work with in a very demanding and exciting environment. While the ideal candidate will have a solid experience, working in our restaurant will require an eagerness for learning and development.



Responsibilities

    Display a warm, personalized and caring welcome by greeting our guests upon arrival to their table.
  • Present menus, answer questions and make personalized suggestions regarding food and beverage pairings.
  • Place guest's orders according to cooking and prep times, ensuring a seamless and impeccable service.
  • Partner with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations.
  • Communicate with guests to ensure their satisfaction and collect additional feedback and insights.
  • Respond to additional guests requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process.
  • Clean and set up the dining areas for the following service.
  • Refill service areas according to the departments' standards.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by leader.


Qualifications

  • Exhibit food knowledge.
  • Must be able to detail and define all ingredients on the food menu, and recommend menu pairings accordingly.
  • Must be familiar with cooking methods and prep times.
  • Display wine and beverage knowledge.
  • Must maintain accuracy of all items on the food, cocktail, beer, and wine menu.
  • Organized and detail oriented with the ability to be flexible.
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds.
