Position Summary:
The Senior Analyst Distribution - SPG role is multi-faceted position developed to manage the end-to-end Operational and Financial distribution activities and reporting related to St. Pierre Group (SPG) brand.The role will be responsible for supply chain modeling, analyses, system support, and project management that ultimately lead to improved operations and business recommendations. The role is also a key contributor with implementing and maintaining SPG supply chain operational and strategic recommendations.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Modeling, Analysis, & Financial Reporting (15%):
*Develop, implement, manage, and maintain SPG supply chain operational and financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators.
oWork with Finance team to ensure allocation of "shared" distribution expense are equitability allocated to SPG.
oDevelop month-end reporting recap with Finance tracking SPG total distribution expense.
*Management of 3PL invoice validation, review, and timely approval
*Manage import tariff duties process including invoice review and validation
Supply Chain Operational Duties (70%):
*Inbound PO (Purchase Order) management:
oWorking directly with the SPG Supply Chain Procurement team, duplicate inbound POs in Oracle
oLiaison with Bakehouse Inventory Control team to ensure POs are received timely and accurately
oWork directly with receiving warehouses to manage inbound capacity and inventory levels.
oManage PO creation for Bimbo Bakehouse bakery production
*DRC (Display Ready Case) management:
oManage DRC program from ideation (development of P&L, setup operationally)
oImplement DRC program (manage inbound activity DRCs, open-stock inventory, develop and maintain QFS (Quality Food Safety) documentation, setup of items and pricing, warehouse SOPs.
oTrack packaging, open-stock and DRC inventory
oWork cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Transportation, Customer Service, Packaging, SPG Supply Chain, and SPG Commercial teams to ensure end-to-end process is managed to meet customer needs.
oLiaison with 3PL (third party logistics provider) to ensure compliance with requirements (inventory conversion, QFS, tracking)
*Sample Process Management:
oResponsible for managing SPG and Marketside brand customer and QA sample requests requirements and timing.
oDevelop Sample process to minimize operational disruption
oManage inventory at warehouses to ensure rotation of partial pallets
oLiaison with 3PLs to ensure compliance
*Item and customer setup in Oracle and ensuring 3PLs are setup, accordingly (item master, shelf-life, pallet configuration, etc.)
*New customer (including transitions) to Bakehouse supply chain
*Operational Liaison with SPG Supply Chain team
QFS (Quality Food Safety) and Customer Support (15%):
*Be a knowledgeable source on customer supply chain and assist when cross-functional concern arises.
*QFS point-person for traceability requests and requirements:
oRoute-to-Market documentation
oMock traceability exercises
oMaintain warehouse contact information
oLead traceability activities providing updates to SPG and BBK QFS as required
*Proactively resolve customer satisfaction issues.
*Develop and implement internal modifications to better service the customer and BBU.

Education and Work History:
*Bachelor's Degree required in supply chain or business-related field
*3-5 years working experience
*Demonstrated analytical skills
*Strong communication - written and verbal skills
*Strong organizational and multitasking skills
*Working knowledge of consumer, food manufacturing and supply chain
*Travel estimated at <10%
*Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Advanced Excel, Power Point, Intermediate Access).
