Job Description

What is the opportunity?

Work as a Senior Business Analyst on the Cash Programs generating requirements and conducting user acceptance testing and post-implementation validation for projects in the program.

What will you do?

  • Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing groups and stakeholder requirements responsibilities
  • Develop plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, continuously improving the level of detail and accuracy of estimates
  • Manage risks,assumptions and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties
  • Define the business analysis approach including tasks and deliverables based on the project and delivery methodology
  • Lead requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to drive out business priorities
  • Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review
  • Apply advanced elicitation techniques to work with different types of stakeholder groups
  • Analyze and document scope of the business solution using enterprise-standard requirements methodology
  • Review, analyze and evaluate user needs to create systems solutions that support business strategies.
  • Create system specifications that drive system development and implementation.
  • Mining data from primary and secondary sources, analyzing and reorganizing data in a format that can be easily read.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • 5+ years of Experience working as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management on large and complex projects
  • Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile
  • Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation

Nice-to-have:

  • Professional in Business Analysis Certification (PMI - PBA)
  • Masters Certificate in Business Analysis
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (IIBA-CBAP or CCBA)
  • Agile Certification (CSM, CPO)
  • Trading systems experience

The expected salary range for this particular position is $90,000-130,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
