This Position reports to: Business Manager - Commercial&OperationsYour role and responsibilities The Nuclear Competence Cluster Lead is responsible for driving the strategic development, coordination, and excellence of nuclear-related expertise within PAEN in Sweden. This role centers on fostering a collaborative environment where nuclear professionals can grow, innovate, and share knowledge to support organizational objectives and ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational performance. The Nuclear Competence Cluster Lead should ensure that all initiatives and strategies are aligned with ABB's focus on the customer, fostering a unified mission and message that supports the emerging needs of the new nuclear industry. In addition, the role requires a strong interest in product management, ensuring that nuclear competence development is closely connected to the design, delivery, and lifecycle of innovative solutions that meet customer and industry needs.
