This Position reports to: Production Supervisor Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality, and on-time delivery of product. Each day, you will participate in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products. You will also showcase your expertise by sharing cycle time data with internal teams. The work model for the role is: {on site} This role is contributing to the {EL-ELDS-DSSWIT: Instrument Transformers & Sensors (ITS)} in {Xiamen, China}. Main stakeholders are {ELDS}. You will be mainly accountable for: Design and optimize production processes, develop work instructions, and conduct employee training. Analyze and resolve production issues to ensure uninterrupted operations. Continuously improve product quality, manufacturing processes, and production technologies. Optimize product manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency and quality. Design and follow up on tooling improvements for product enhancements. Qualifications for the role Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or related fields. Proficiency in Office software, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
