This Position reports to: Sales Manager Your role and responsibilities Join ABB, an innovator in sustainable energy movement, as we actively seek a Sales Specialist with background in technical sales to our Electrification Business in Latvia. The work model for the role is: hybrid #LIhybrid You will be mainly accountable for: Implementing sales strategies and action plans to meet business objectives across the portfolio of electrification products and solutions. Generating sales growth of ABB products and developing market opportunities by utilizing market trend information Supporting and training customers for their better experience with ABB products and services Monitoring sales proposals, tenders and follow-up proposals statistics Establish long-term customer relationships by demonstrating deep technical expertise and understanding of their business. Qualifications for the role Higher education in the field of engineering Previous track record of successful sales in the industry, preferably in Latvian market Fluency in Latvian and English allows seamless collaboration across teams and markets Proven ability of building up long-term customer relations Good communication and interpersonal skills Driver's license (B) While the base salary is based on the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, it starts at 2400 EUR.
