Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-drivenDevOps / DevSecOps Engineerto design, automate, and secure cloud infrastructure across Azure environments. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise inInfrastructure as Code (IaC),CI/CD pipelines, andsecurity automationwith strong collaboration and agile delivery skills. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, security, and operations teams to drive reliability, scalability, and compliance across our multi-cloud and hybrid platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
    • Design, develop, and maintain reusable Terraform and Ansible modules for Azure infrastructure.
    • Enforce configuration standards and policy-as-code practices.
  • Cloud Engineering (Azure):
    • Architect and manage scalable, secure Azure environments (AKS, App Gateway, VNets, NSGs, Key Vault, Managed Identities).
    • Implement governance, cost optimization, and compliance controls across subscriptions.
  • CI/CD & Automation:
    • Build and optimize Jenkins and GitHub Actions pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment across environments.
    • Implement blue/green, canary, and rollback deployment strategies with observability and alerting.
  • DevSecOps & Security:
    • Integrate vulnerability scanning, code analysis, and compliance checks into CI/CD workflows.
    • Manage secrets, certificates, and key management using secure vault solutions.
    • Collaborate with security teams to align infrastructure with FedRAMP/FIPS/ISO/PCI standards.
  • Monitoring & Reliability:
    • Implement proactive monitoring using Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, and Log Analytics.
    • Define SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaboration & Agile Practices:
    • Partner with product and engineering teams in agile ceremonies to plan, deliver, and continuously improve.
    • Participate in release management, sprint planning, retrospectives, and post-incident reviews.
Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience inDevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering.
  • Proven expertise inAzure cloud architecture and automation.
  • Hands-on experience withTerraform,Ansible,Helm, andKubernetes.
  • Strong understanding ofCI/CD tools(Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
  • Familiarity withsecurity frameworks(FedRAMP, FIPS, CIS Benchmarks).
  • Experience withcontainer security,image scanning, andsupply chain security.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, network, and application layers.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on accountability and delivery.

Thepayrangeforthisopportunityisfrom$101,200 to$136,600 +performance-relatedbonus+benefits.

Thisrangerepresentstheanticipatedlowandhighendsofthesalaryforthisposition.Thisroleisalsoeligibletoreceiveanannualbonusthatalignswithindividualandcompanyperformance.Actualsalarieswillvaryandarebasedonfactorssuchasacandidate'squalifications,skills,competencies,andlocation.
