A day in the life...

As a FSQA Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that the quality and safety of incoming materials and packaging by managing supplier documentation, conducting audits, leading the initiation and tracking of supplier corrective actions, and collaborating with internal cross-functional teams. You will also work closely with suppliers, QA, procurement, and plant teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What you will be doing...



  • Manage and oversee supplier and ingredient documentation within TraceGains (TG), ensuring all submissions are complete, accurate, current, and compliant with internal requirements.
  • Monitor documentation compliance in TG for each supplier and ingredient, identify gaps, and follow up to ensure timely updates and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with plant teams on material or supplier related quality issues, supporting investigations and corrective action development.
  • Assist with performance scorecards, including metrics related to audits, CAR performance, and document compliance.
  • Conduct or assist with supplier audits, including preparation, document review, report writing, and participation in onsite audits.
  • Conduct or assist with RSC internal plant audits and other assigned audit programs.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material quality, documentation accuracy, and overall compliance.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding quality expectations, requirements, and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with formulation and quality guidelines by tracking updates to merchandising notes, formulation changes, and allergen requirements.
  • Lead the food review process for compliance to AQL standards and report out of results.
  • May perform additional duties as assigned by the Senior Manager of FSQA Supply Chain.
  • Travel Required: Up to 30% for supplier or plant audits and visits.


If visiting our manufacturing plants, you will be expected to:



  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and maintain compliance with food safety standards.
  • Complete and follow FSQA training and programs to comply with regulatory requirements, ensure consumer safety, and support the plant's food safety and quality objectives.
  • Promptly report and take appropriate action on any observed or potential food safety hazards, process deviations, or non-conformities by notifying the designated plant supervisor, in accordance with your role and responsibilities.
  • Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of the company's Food Safety Culture through engagement and actions aligned with your role.

Do you have what it takes?

(Basic Qualifications)



  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in quality assurance, supplier quality, or a related role.
  • Knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, government guidelines, and industry standards.
  • Knowledge of HACCP/HARPC principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to achieve results without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently, with or without an accommodation.


Do you stand above the rest?

(Preferred Qualifications)



  • Certification in a GFSI audit scheme, preferably FSSC 22000.
  • Experience conducting internal plant and supplier audits.
  • Experience with documentation platforms such as TraceGains or similar systems.
  • Experience in the chocolate or confectionery industry.
