Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Water Pipe Construction to lead and oversee all aspects of our water pipe construction division. This executive role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in management, project execution, and business development within the construction industry. - Provide strategic direction and leadership for the water pipe construction division, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Oversee project management activities, including planning, execution, and delivery of water pipe construction projects on time and within budget.
- Manage profit & loss statements, budgets, and financial performance to maximize profitability.
- Lead business development efforts by cultivating new client relationships and expanding existing accounts through targeted sales strategies.
- Supervise project teams, including site managers, engineers, and field personnel, ensuring safety standards and quality control are maintained.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve project delivery timelines.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for growth, market expansion, and service diversification within the water infrastructure sector.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement across all levels of the division.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and maintain competitive advantage.
Experience
- Proven management experience in water pipe construction or related infrastructure projects at an executive level.
- Extensive background in strategic planning, business development, and sales within the construction or civil engineering sectors.
- Demonstrated success supervising large teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of profit & loss management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Experience in project management methodologies with a focus on process improvement initiatives.
- Leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams, fostering collaboration, and driving organizational growth.
