Security Officer - Main Lobby Access

As a Security Officer - Main Lobby Access in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor entrances, check credentials, and help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with visitors and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials in accordance with site-specific access control procedures.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors and employees with access-related inquiries and directions.
• Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies to help maintain a secure environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with company and client protocols.
• Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support security-related operations.
• Participate in emergency response activities as directed by site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
