Accounting Temp

Primary duties include:

• Performs accounts receivable and appropriate follow-up for all customers.
• Enter customer payments to update accounts receivable aging.
• Utilizes and maintains customer portals.
• Consistently follow up with customers on past due accounts.
• Assists with data entry of monthly journal entries.
• Assists with monthly accounting close and year-end audit.
• Performs special projects as required.

Duration/details:

The temporary position for 6 months, depending on the company projects. This is an in-person position. Work schedule is Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5pm. You will be entitled to paid sick days under local statutory law.

• Must be a US Person
• High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in general accounting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good math and communication skills are required.
• Must be able to carry out simple instructions.
• Must have attention to detail.
• Must have computer skills - proficient in MS office, specifically Word & Excel.
