Salary & Compensation

*UCLA provides a full pay range. Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of university policies that apply to industry contract proposal preparation; submission and processing. (Preferred)
  • Working knowledge of university department structures, accounting systems and fund management models. (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to draft and review contracts in an academic, non-profit, corporate or legal environment. (Required)
  • Demonstrated experience with data entry and data integrity responsibilities. (Required)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a heavy workload while identifying priority situations and meeting deadlines. (Required)
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with campus community and funding entity staff. (Required)
  • Ability to gather information in order to analyze complex issues and formulate logical and objective conclusions and alternative solutions. (Required)
  • Ability to work independently as well as work effectively in a group. (Required)
  • Proven ability to present information and compose concise, logical, and grammatically correct oral and written communications. (Required)
  • Demonstrated computer skills for word processing, email, etc. (Required)
