The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 90,240.00 USD - 118,440.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. In this role, you'll transform data into action, creating smart systems for collecting, managing, and analyzing sustainability metrics that make a real impact across beloved brands like Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day and Method. Your work will turn numbers into narratives-building tools, uncovering insights, and crafting compelling visualizations that showcase our progress to teams and stakeholders around the globe. You'll be at the heart of quarterly reporting for our Plastics Environmental Pillar, collaborating closely with our global sustainability team to ensure every strategy aligns with cutting-edge corporate goals. Beyond reporting, you'll influence innovation from the ground up-partnering with product development teams from concept to launch to guarantee new products meet sustainability standards, resonate with consumers, and deliver meaningful change.
