For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Patient Service Representative - MH Gastroenterology (Brunswick Office)
Location: 121 Medical Center Drive, Suite 3400, Brunswick, ME 04011
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM-4:15 PM
Remote Flexibility: None (onsite only)

Position Summary
MaineHealth's Gastroenterology practice in Brunswick is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients and families, the PSR plays an essential role in creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient clinic environment. This position supports front-desk operations, scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and collaboration with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Six months of medical office experience required.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
