What It Takes to Shine:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 year of HR or administrative experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
• Reliable attendance and professional demeanor

How You'll Keep It All Together:

• Assist withnew hire onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation
• Maintain and updatepersonnel files and HR records
• Supporttimekeeping, payroll processing, and attendance tracking
• Answer employee questions related topolicies, benefits, and procedures
• Post job openings and assist withrecruitment coordination
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
• Handleconfidential informationwith professionalism and discretion
• Assist with reports, data entry, and compliance documentation
• Provide generaladministrative and clerical supportto HR leadership
