Shift: (Day Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM) (Night Shift: Monday - Friday | 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM)

Must be flexible for occasional 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM coverage

As a Production Worker in Tempe, you'll be part of the team that keeps production flowing. You'll load materials, check quality, and help meet daily goals. Bring a good attitude and a strong work ethic, and we'll handle the rest.

What It Takes to Get on the Line

• School Smarts: High school diploma or GED.
• On-the-Job Know-How: 1 year of forklift experience preferred.
• Built to Move: Can lift (up to) 40-50 lbs, stay active, and handle the grind.
• Crew Mindset: Show up on time, stay safe, and have your team's back.
• Flexibility to train the first 2 days in Casa Grande, AZ (approx. 1 hour away).
• Must be open to working additional hours, including weekends, as needed.

Your Work Will Keep Things Moving

Support daily production operations in a clean, climate-controlled facility. Safely operate and maneuver forklifts (sit-down or stand-up reach) as needed. Handle materials and components with care to maintain production quality. Perform lifting, bending, and stooping tasks throughout your shift (up to 50 lbs.). Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency and production goals are met.
