Hours & Pay:

• Pay Rate:$16.00-$18.50/hour
• Schedule:1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 | 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 3 PM - 11:30 PM
• Employment Type:Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate pad printers, large-format digital printers, and other equipment
• Hang and remove parts from the powder coat line
• Inspect, package, and prep parts for delivery
• Follow quality control standards and safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

• Prior experience working on a paint line
• Must be able to liftupto 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
