• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
• Employment Type: Full-time, temp-to-perm

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tire repairs, replacements, and general tire and wheel service onsite
• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service to internal and external customers
• Complete mounting, dismounting, balancing, replacing, and repairing of truck tires
• Operate hydraulic jacks, air tools, and heavy hand tools safely and effectively
• Quote product and service pricing to customers when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized service department
• Prioritize shifting tasks according to customer needs
• Report unsafe actions, issues, or unusual situations to the Service Manager
• Adhere to all safety procedures and use required safety equipment (gloves, glasses, wheel chocks)

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 1 year of general labor work experience (tire experience not required)
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools and heavy equipment
• Physical ability for heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
• Good basic math skills
• Willingness to get hands dirty and work in a hands-on environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Dedicated to customer satisfaction and reliable communication
• Maturity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
