This is an opportunity to work in a mission-driven environment where compassion, adaptability, and collaboration are valued. *Job Summary:* We are seeking a *dedicated and compassionate Case Manager* to join our Hunger Services team at one of our busiest food pantries. This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering case management, reporting, and community outreach to support individuals and families experiencing food insecurity. The Case Manager plays a pivotal role in connecting clients with wrap-around services beyond food assistance, fostering trust-based relationships, and ensuring effective service delivery in a fast-paced environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * Welcome and connect with clients visiting the pantry for food assistance. * Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify challenges beyond hunger and link clients to additional resources. * Provide direct case management services, including referrals, information dissemination, and follow-up support. * Track and document client visits and interactions * Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain confidentiality of client information. * Generate reports on program activities and outcomes using the designated database system. * Collaborate with volunteers and internal teams to ensure a positive client experience. * Assist with general pantry operations as needed (e.g., light stocking). * Maintain professionalism, empathy, and adaptability in a dynamic environment. *Required Skills & Qualifications:* * *Bilingual* *Spanish *(read, write, and speak) - required. * Minimum *2+ years of case management experience*. * Ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds. * Proficient in MS Office Suite and experienced with data entry and database systems (Apricot 360 preferred). * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). *Preferred Skills:* * Knowledge of community resources and wrap-around services. * Experience in care coordination and client advocacy. *Experience Level:* Entry Level *Top Skills:* * Bilingual * Case Management * Database Management * Care Coordination * Community Outreach *Schedule:* 7AM - 3:30PM onsite Tuesday through Saturday *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
