Description We are seeking a Desktop Support Manager to lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional end-user experiences. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring service level agreements and key performance indicators are consistently met. The supervisor will monitor ticket workflows, manage escalations, and provide technical troubleshooting for complex issues. Additional responsibilities include mentoring staff, maintaining IT policies and procedures, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience with Microsoft technologies, ServiceNow, ITIL practices, and hardware asset management. PowerShell knowledge is preferred to support automation initiatives. Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, or CompTIA are a plus. A proactive, personable, and energetic approach is essential for success in this role. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Cleveland, OH.
