What You'll Do Supporting recruiting team with hiring initiatives Collaborating with recruiting team to research candidates using web-based applications Organizing, updating, and tracking candidate data using Microsoft Excel Posting and closing opportunities on external sites Updating job post description content and formatting Assisting with preparation for career fairs Completing special projects as needed What We're Looking For Actively pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field Interest in the Recruiting or Human Resources field Previous internship or customer service experience would go a long way Who We Are ECS Group of Companies (ECS) was founded in 1988 with the goal to raise the standards of professional engineering consulting.
