HUMINT Targeting Analyst - Mid

This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance.

Cherokee Analytics is seeking a HUMINT Targeting Analyst to support INSCOM.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay commensurate with experience.

HUMINT Targeting Analyst - Mid Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct intelligence analysis to enable the development of HUMINT efforts, based on established analytical tradecraft methodologies and unit collection and targeting strategies.

  • Conduct analysis to prioritize topics and requirements and present this analysis in a weekly report.

  • Attend targeting meetings (estimated one time per month) hosted by INSCOM MSCs.

  • Conduct analytical exchanges and engagements (estimated one time per week)

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

HUMINT Targeting Analyst - Mid Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

  • Current TS/SCI security clearance

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • DoD or IC Targeting Certification

  • US Government all-source MOS or job producing analytical certification course or program.

  • HT-JCOE - Joint CI-HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course; or DIA Targeting Officer Course (Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC) or equivalent) or Intelligence (IC) equivalent.

  • Ten (10) full-time years of experience conducting strategic DoD or IC HUMINT Targeting.

  • Knowledge of the Intelligence Cycle, HUMINT operations, and HUMINT Collection Management.

  • Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.

  • Must have knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203, 206, 300, 501, 704 and 707 related to their duties.

  • Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as needed.

  • Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with NDI on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.

  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
