The Brand Sourcing and Manufacturer Relations (BSMR) team is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Insights to drive strategic, data-driven decision making and foster innovation. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Insights, this high-impact role blends data platform expertise, advanced analytical skills, and economics acumen to develop and deploy cutting-edge, AI-driven solutions that directly impact manufacturer, customer, and finance relationships. You will be the key driver for strategic data platform development and advanced analytics to optimize business outcomes across the BSMR team. This involves managing large, complex datasets, building robust data infrastructure and models on cloud-based platforms. A central focus is the delivery of prescriptive and predictive analytics to enhance efficiency and enable sophisticated negotiation strategies. You will be responsible for architecting and championing integrated, AI-driven solutions that improve operational effectiveness across BSMR, including championing initiatives like AIM28. Furthermore, you will build integrated applications and visualizations, delivering impact through practical applications in Retool. Success requires significant cross-functional collaboration to address challenges, deliver actionable insights, and tell compelling stories with data for non-technical stakeholders, specifically partnering with the product strategy, finance, and technology teams. Key Responsibilities
Minimum Requirement Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience. Education 4-year degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience Advanced degree a plus Critical Skills

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
